Canopy Services
We provide structural repair services, refurbishment and turnkey image services for local, regional, and national operators across the country. Our API certified, licensed technicians provide installation and repair services for canopies in a timely and safe manner.
Column Plating
The column plating process consists of adding steel to an existing column to help prevent corrosion and deterioration of steel. This is a preventative measure, not a repair.
Column Sleeving
Column sleeving is an engineered repair process that involves install steel sleeves that have been designed to take the load off of the canopy column. Sleeving can be done to degraded columns that fall within certain parameters. This is a cost efficient way to extend the life of a canopy while limiting liability.
Partial Pole Replacement
When canopy columns are too far degraded to be sleeved, a section of the column, starting at the base plate and extending several feet, can be replaced. Corrosion typically only impacts the bottom few feet of a column. This engineered repair process replaces the bad part of the column, keeping the rest of the canopy intact.
Partial pole replacement is also used to replaced sections of column that have been struck by vehicles.
Round Pole Repair
Caldwell Brands has pioneered a repair method for round canopy columns. Steel deterioration and vehicle strikes can be repaired as efficiently as square poles.
Redecking/Refurbishment
If your canopy structure is solid but the deck, gutters, and fascia are in a state of disrepair, we can strip the canopy down to the red iron and rebuild it. This eliminates breaking ground and drastically reduces the downtime of your store.
Gutter Replacement
If your center or perimeter gutters are rusted out and leaking, we can replace them with new aluminum gutters. We can also replace unsightly rusted out collection boxes with galvanized ones or in some cases eliminate them completely. Good gutters keep pumps and customers dry. Note: We do not caulk leaky gutters, we only offer replacement services.
Imaging
We provide imaging installation for all nation brands in an effiecnt and safe manner. We can handle all phases of the project from initial survey to procurement and management to installation and closeout reporting. We work for station owners, brands, distributors, and petroleum contracting companies across the nation.
We also design, manufacture, and install imaging and lighting for independent brands.
Repair
If your canopy has suffered a vehicle strike or natural disaster, we can repair it to better than new.
Nationwide Emergency Service
We dispatch our crews across the country to asses and repair canopies efficiently to limit downtime and reduce liability. We work with local municipalities to ensure our engineered repairs are as safe and fast as possible.
